Who we are

The goal of All Together We Can LLC program is not to ‘cure’ the consumers but to increase the consumers’ ability to handle their problems and life circumstances independently. Another goal of the program is to assist each consumer with reaching their fullest potential in the areas of meal preparation, performing routine household activities, locating and scheduling appropriate medical appointment, selecting and moving into a home, locating and choosing suitable roommates, acquiring household furniture, settling disputes with landlords and/or any other area the consumer and/or circle of support member(s) deem in need of improvement. Our trained professionals shall function as a team and make every effort to assist consumers in reaching their personal goals in the most natural environment possible. Our goal for every individual is to achieve optimal quality of life. We empower individuals with essential life-changing skills through assisting, training, teaching, instructing, and coaching so that each person can experience the best qualities of life. We believe a person-centered quality of life is manifested through making choices, inclusion, equity, diversity, and integration, which in turn can help diminish non-productive and barrier-challenging behaviors. We also believe that through inclusion, all other liberties, freedoms, relationships, diversities, equalities, and integration into the community fosters normalcy and transparency. In addition, we plan on coordinating care with resident’s families, consultants, and medical professionals in order to reach this goal. We will ensure that all IPP objectives are identified and met by implementing clinically approved strategies that are researched based and supported by clinical team including psychiatrists, and behavior specialist while incorporating resident’s choice for continued progress. We optimize each individual’s initiative, autonomy, and independence in making life choices, including, but not limited to each one’s daily activities, physical environment, and with whom they choose to interact with.

We, along with the regional center staff, facilitate individual choice regarding services and support and who provides them, as much as is possible. We help each individual learn how to use and control their own resources as other people in the community do. We support full access to the greater community, including opportunities for employment and to work in competitive integrated settings. Individuals in the home participate in menu planning, choosing what kind of food should be served. Individuals learn how to choose what clothing to wear, what they like best to wear according to the weather. Individuals choose how to decorate his/her room.
